Welcome to LifeLight Counseling Services! My name is Rachael Gusaas. I look forward to the possibility of working together.
I am an LMFT with over 25+ years of combined experience as a pastor and a therapist. I work with people navigating life's challenges, dealing with grief and loss, trauma and abuse, life transitions, boundaries and caretaker fatigue. I employ a holistic approach and systemic perspective to therapy, believing people are made up of many parts - body, mind, spirit existing in a complex relationship.
I use EMDR, CBT, Somatic work and other mindful techniques to create a safe and healthy place to learn and grow through challenge and encouragement
